Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery times

Our products ship from international fulfilment partners. Once dispatched, standard delivery usually takes 10 to 15 business days. Delivery times may be longer during holidays, peak periods or customs delays.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and shown before you pay.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information can take a couple of days to update after dispatch.

Where we ship

We ship to most countries. If we cannot deliver to your address, this will be shown at checkout.

Customs, duties and taxes

Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Wrong address

Please check your address carefully. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge for reshipping.
